Coming 50 years after the release of Space Oddity, the 90-minute film explores the Bowie before Ziggy Stardust, following the period from 1966 when he changed his name from David Jones to Bowie. It includes footage from the BBC Archives including footage of a BBC audition in 1965 of David Bowie and the Lower Third, which included a performance of Chim-Chim-Cheree and Baby That's A Promise.
Monsieur Perrichon, a rich coachbuilder by profession, is an honest but vain member of the bourgeoisie who decides to take a pleasure trip in the company of his wife Caroline and his daughter Henrietta. The family, deciding on a train journey to the Swiss Alps, arrive at Gare de Lyon in Paris where they happen upon two young suitors, both with the same goal of marrying Henrietta. Over the course of the journey, the two men are involved in an honorable but fierce struggle for the young lady's hand in marriage.

Then her husband commits the fatal error of revealing a previous crime - an error that will later cause their grown daughter to question her parents' strange behavior.

A Night Out with the Backstreet Boys is a romantic, heartfelt, and intimate live performance recorded in Germany in 1998. An introduction with members Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough explains that the Boys have always wanted to perform for their fans and themselves in an acoustic concert. Much like the well-known MTV Unplugged series, the Backstreet Boys perform with a full orchestra and a small choir for background vocals. There is no choreography, they do mostly ballads and mid-tempo songs, and most of the time they casually sit on bar stools. The group is exposed musically, providing the opportunity to show their fans and their critics that the Backstreet Boys "really do have talent."

Finland in the 50s saw a time where boats from all over the world docked in the harbor city of Kotka. In addition to transporting goods, the sailors brought with them another import: jazz, swing and blues. A tale of music-loving, fearless and passionate young men decide to open Fennia, a jazz bar. Soon Fennia achieves legendary status and the men; the Harbour Brothers, play their music and hold court like emperors.
Papa-Malachias, Papa-Haros and Papa-Bilias have founded the Priestly Band and make appearances at the nightclub "Xerokomata". Their abbot, who is learning their new occupation, comes to Athens, but fails to make sense of them. When he returns to the monastery of Medouli and tells everything to the other monks, they leave the monastery and form their own rebetika bands, causing a crisis in the field of folk song. At the same time, Papa-Lazaros, who is looking for a solution to his financial problems and at the same time is trying to find money to build a new wing for his parish's orphanage, is resorting to the following solution: setting up a football team with priests.

In 1818, when Joseph Mohr is assigned to be the new assistant priest in Oberndorf, a small Austrian town near Salzburg, the young man is full of ideas and ideals. His passion to bring the church closer to the common people sets him on a collision course with his new superior, Father Nostler. When Mohr organizes a church choir that includes outcasts from the local tavern and performs in German instead of Latin, Nostler threatens him with disciplinary action. Their relationship further deteriorates when Maria a regular tavern patron, surprisingly joins the performance of the all-male church choir. As Mohr's initial successes start to crumble and his efforts backfire on him, he loses all hope and faces a trial of faith. The night before Christmas, Mohr has to decide if he will accept defeat and leave Oberndorf or embrace the true significance of the Holy Night.
This is an entry in Universal's "Name Band Musical" series of shorts. Welk and the band open with a medley including "Josephine", Stumbling", "Honey" and "Running Wild" and vocalist Betty Jane Pettit sings "No Can Do." Kenny Stevens does "Alone" while comedienne-singer Judy Clark offers her versions of "Playmates" and "I'm Nobody's Baby." The dance team of Jon and Inga Bergy is also in the mix.
